The Myrtle Family myrtaceae seem to be a different family to the Bog-Myrtle Family myricaceae.
In the British Isles (actually only in the far South West: West Cornwall and the Scilly Isles), the Myrtle family is represented by two Gum-Trees (eucalyptus), two Tea-Trees (leptospermums) and Chylian Myrtle (luma apiculata) Text on Family goes here |
